  • Within 14 days of initial payment
  • If you completed no more than 5 paid lessons
  • 100% refund
AI Points
  • Refunds only for unused points
  • Within 7 days of purchase
  • No refund if more than 10% used
2. How to request a refund

Email support@mind-forge.ru with:

  • Your account email
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for refund (optional)

We'll process your request within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
